Ingredients:
- 16 ounces frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion (green & white parts)
- 1 cup cashew pieces
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette (more to taste)
Directions:
- Toss together all ingredients.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
