Low Sodium Herb and Cheese Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Potatoes
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 T Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1/4 t Garlic Powder
- 1 T Dried Parsley
- 1/2 t Thyme
Directions:
- Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
- Boil in water until soft, drain thoroughly.
- Mash with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in cheese and melted butter.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Stir in herbs.
- Adjust the amount of milk to achieve the desired consistency.
