Low Fat Mini Cheesecake Tarts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Crust of your choice
Directions:
- Mix the sugar and cream cheese until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until creamy and smooth.
- Fill tarts to the rim and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until set.
- When cool, top with topping of your choice.
- Refrigerate.
