Low Carb Recipe: Lemon Lime Slushee

Well, unlike many of the recipes featured here at Recipe Bay, this one is extremely quick and easy, taking at most 5 minutes to throw together.  Enjoy!

Low Carb Lemon Lime Slushee Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons, juiced (may use reconstituted juice)
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup sugar substitute (recommended: Splenda)
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, cover tightly, and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses, and garnish with fresh lemon and lime slices.
